3) About the number of cell strings
The number of battery cell strings varies depending on the nominal voltage of the battery. For example:
Number of 60V ternary lithium battery core strings: 60V/3.7V = 16 strings,
Number of core strings of 60V lithium iron phosphate battery: 60V/3.2=19 strings.
4) About single string charging voltage
From a professional point of view, charging is a process of transition from high voltage to low voltage, so the single string charging voltage must be higher than the voltage of the battery itself;
For example:
The cell voltage of the ternary lithium battery (3.7V) is less than the single string charging voltage (4.2V); the cell voltage of the lithium iron phosphate battery (3.2V) is less than the single string charging voltage (3.65V)

The size of the charger voltage also varies with the number of battery strings;
For example:
Charger voltage of 60V16 series ternary lithium battery: 4.2V * 16 series = 67.2V; The charger voltage of 60V19 series of lithium iron phosphate batteries is 3.65V * 19 series = 69.35V, and the charger voltage in the following figure is 60-73V, which can be used to charge 60V lithium iron phosphate batteries.

1. Voltage adaptation principle

-- If your lithium battery voltage is 48V, you cannot choose a lithium battery charger with an input voltage greater than 54.75V, nor can you choose other types of battery chargers with an input voltage smaller than 54.75V. You can only choose a lithium battery charger with an input voltage of 54.75V.
-- If your lithium battery voltage is 60V, you can only choose a lithium iron phosphate battery charger with an input voltage of 69.35V, and you cannot choose a charger with an input voltage less than or greater than 69.35V, and you cannot choose a charger for other types of batteries.
-- If your lithium battery voltage is 72V, you can only choose a lithium iron phosphate battery charger with an input voltage of 83.95V, and you cannot choose a charger with an input voltage of less than 83.95V.
2. Current adaptation principle
The current of the charger should be matched with the lithium battery. Don't try to charge the low-current battery with a high-current charger, because the high-current charger will increase the internal resistance of the battery and damage the protection board, thereby reducing the service life of the lithium battery.
3. Charging interface adaptation principle
Common lithium battery charging interfaces include pin head interface, three horizontal bird interface, three vertical interface, round head interface, Giant interface, and the most commonly used lithium battery plug for two-plug electric vehicles is the three vertical interface.
In addition to the above small tips, we should also have an understanding of our own electric vehicle batteries. Before buying a charger, we should consult a professional person, instead of just buying a charger to charge the battery. In the end, the damage to the battery due to the charger problem is not worth the loss.
